The main things i think they need to fix are the PSN cards/comparing trophies (like have them speed it up or have the games load in an orderly fashion) and cross-game chat.

Sony's conference starts during that time. 9am PST would be 6pm in Germany and Sony's conference is either at 6 or 7pm (CEST).

Who knows, perhaps Sony put their conference for 3 hours to have enough time for this update. I think something big is happening for PSN tomrrow as well.

Actually that hype has nothing to do with Sony. It's all the fault of the media and fans. Because they take something like this (everytime) and blow it out of proportion acting like it will be the second coming, when nothing suggest that fact.

Lest we forget people, we do have a valid reason (actually CONFIRMED) for why this would be happening. They're unveiling the EU video store at their conference. So this could be as simple as that. But people insist upon building even more on that and tacking all kinds of other speculation just because they want more. Then want to gripe when they don't get what they wanted but was never said to be getting.

I REEEEALLY should go to bed right now, the conference starts in 7hrs. I can't believe all these rumors will finally be settled (ah-gin!). It seemed like this day would never come and it's only 7hrs away, i cant friggin wait.

Though it could also mean a ton of negative twist on positive news or disappointment towards the things that sony never claimed they'd be doing yet were rumored to high h3ll since a week after E3 (week after E3 the price drop rumors started again).

It's so not a coincidence that PSN will be down at this exact time but what im REALLY interested in is the time in which it will be back up...

Mostly it's people connecting the fact that this service outage is occurring at exactly the time of the Sony press conference tomorrow, so there's a lot of predictions about whether or not that means something special tomorrow.

PS2 BC isn't going to be a here you go it's free sort of thing, it will either be a DLC sort of thing that will cost you 20 to 25 dollars for ps2 bc or they are going to offer ps2 games to download off the PSN for five to twenty dollars. end of story

I start my Jr. Year TOMORROW! And my first class starts at 7 AM (mountain time)....it's a 3 hour long class. I'm going to miss it live.......and I love watching it live.
