Former Special Forces soldier Tim Kennedy confirmed his manager is in negotiations with UFC, but any potential signing could be affected by his decision to star in EA Sports' upcoming video game, "MMA Payout." According to reports on SI.com, UFC president Dana White has warned that fighters shouldn't sign a licensing agreement with EA Sports if they want to fight in the Octagon.
UFC has it's own MMA video game with THQ called "UFC 2009 Undisputed" and would like fighters to avoid potential conflicts between the two companies. According to SI.com, EA Sports is offering $5,000 to $15,000 to potential fighters for a one-game, two-year nonexclusive deal.
