T2 fights for Duke Nukem Xbox 360

CVG: Get the popcorn; more dramatic details on Take-Two's lawsuit against Duke Nukem Forever developer 3D Realms have emerged, and plenty of new allegations made.

In case you missed it (you numpty), the Duke Nukem Forever team was let go last month, with 3D Realms blaming funding issues for the collapse of the 12-year-old project.

According to court documents unearthed today, part of Duke Nukem Forever's downward spiral involved publisher Take-Two's negotiations to develop an Xbox 360 version of the game.
