Warriors: Legend of Troy to be M-rated, with blood/gore

Developed by Koei Canada, the game will be the first title in the franchise striving for an M rating, and will not only be thematically darker than previous entries, but will also include blood, gore, and dismemberment. Legends of Troy will also feature a more narrative story, embellishing historical fact with elements of mythology. Online co-op and competitive play will also be making it's debut to the franchise, though there's no word if local co-op will be forgone.

I loved DW2/3 but the game struggled to keep fresh after that. The subject matter sounds WAY better with Troy, so thats got my interest piqued, but until I get some hands on it, I'll remain skeptical.

"..Warriors: Legend of Troy to be M-rated, with blood/gore.."

I think, this game will be better than Dynasty Warriors.
blood and gore sounds pretty interesting.

Troy war is an interesting brutal war. I hope KOEI CANADA makes a good game for the western audience!

Is No More Heroes Red Zone the same as NMH Paradise, or is it a different game not released in the West?

Same game, but the Jap version is censored :)

nothing really spectacular there.

They should release a "the best" jp version of Vesperia and then just subtly add some English subtitles. That might get around any contract they have with Microsoft to not publish the game in NA.

Cosmo8114298d ago

I would pay extra money to NOT have that godawful "the best" border around the game. original boxart please

That's why I've never bought a platinum range (what they're called in the UK) game, the boxes are FUGLY

Here in the third instalment of 2011’s ‘The Twelve Games of Christmas’ series we arrive at March, a shockingly busy month for releases of questionable quality. Of course, as is always the case, there were a few diamonds in the rough, as was aptly described by the Nintendo 3DS launch line-up.
