In [Insomniac's] ongoing effort to improve Resistance 2 comes patch 1.60, which will be available for download on May 14 (you'll automatically receive the download prompt the next time you play the game).

UPDATE: While the underlying features needed to launch R2 via Home are part of this patch, there's still some work going on in Home to make it possible. So technically you won't be able to launch R2 via Home till next month. But trust me--it'll be worth it when you can. - EGMBryan
