Is Kojima's Next Game Tornado Outbreak?

The picture for Kojima's next game is a stormy scene and Gamefly lists Tornado Outbreak in their database with Konami as the publisher.

The retailer reports Tornado Outbreak is slated for three consoles: Wii, PlayStation 3, and the Xbox 360. Gamefly has a good record for outing titles before press releases so Tornado Outbreak is probably real. Is this the mysterious Kojima game?

Kojima is one of the very few guys that can build a game with an actual STORY, would be disapointed if all this hype goes into nothing like this...

Tornado Outbreak puts you in the role of Pecos Bill. Pecos must wrangle up the twisters with his signature lasso before they wipe out a small Texas town filled with every stereotypical character from Western movies. Are you a bad enough dude to save some cowboys?

is it all the sony kids are freaking about a konami multiconsole release that might have absolutely nothing to do with kojima... for all we know it could be a multiconsole controller. I am unsure if any of you noticed... but PS3 is in last place. Don't expect third party publishers to work all that hard for ps3 exclusives. That's what Sony First parties are for. You kids can always boycott all future Kojima projects if he does. That way sony never gets an exclusive metal gear again. You'd like that right?
