Qore to Give Early Home Beta Access in Two Weeks?

Qore may finally justify it's worth and give it's viewers early access to Home beta.

On the "Qore Episode 5 Hits PSN Thursday" post on the official Playstation Blog a user named "scarface3010? left a comment:

Thanks for the update Kevin. I really like Qore, I can really tell that you guys/gals put a lot of TLC into each episode. Is there any truth in the rumors that the HOME open beta will be given to Qore subscription holders. Thanks.

Kevin Furuichi, Executive Producer on the PlayStation Network, replied:

We're working on this for the current Extended Closed Beta. We are trying to get you guys into HOME before the official public beta.

We hope to have more information in about two weeks.

I wonder if this will be available only for annual subscribers or for everyone who buys issue #6 of Qore.

I'm already in the beta, and unless they add some of the features that are obviously planned (menu items etc) but not yet implemented, it's nothing to get too excited about.
But hey, the more the merrier!

And yes, there is almost nothing to do except play mini games in the arcade and chess in the mall. Everything else is pretty boring. I do think it has tons of potential, but its not worth being in right now until they add more things.

I just got my HOME Beta invite last week. I assume being a Quore subscriber helped, but others that are annual subscribers still haven't received their invites.

I buy Qore seperatly. But betas piss me off anyways. I have to keep reminding myself its a beta & its not supposed to be fun. Socom beta has scarred me for life. You guys can do the dirty work but I'm bowing out until I get the public beta from the theme I downloaded from psn. Remember that?

^ That theme was for the entrance to the "Extended Closed Beta" and not the "Public Beta". The "Public Beta" will be open to everybody just like Google GMail was. At least that is what I remember hearing from Sony in the distant past. They could change their minds I am sure. :)
