However, instead of focusing on a vast roster of different car brands and models, game developer Eutechnyx has decided to focus one of the most exotic and famous brands in the world, Ferrari. And because of this, Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli is born. Offering up a sizeable roster of different model Ferraris' and roster of tracks, how well does this title stack up against the competition?
With any racing title, you expect a variety of modes to choose from, along with that solid single-player campaign, pitting you against some of the best A.I. controlled drivers within the game. Ferrari Challenge meets those expectations, while offering a bit of uniqueness to the selection. The F430 Challenge, the heart of Ferrari Challenge, puts you behind the wheels of a Ferrari F430, which you must utilized throughout the entire mode to unlock new cars and earn enough credits to increase your car library. Depending on how quickly you grasp the controls of the game and utilize the different settings, this mode can take as long as 4 hours to complete. These settings range from braking, traction control and ABS, all of which can be turned off if you are opting for as realistic simulation racing experience as possible."
