Confusion over Capcom's Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 release on PSN

Capcom's latest blog post stating that we'll be getting the game available for download today is a drastic change from Capcom Director of Design Kraig Kujawa's report on June 2 that they didn't have a confirmed release date yet (the game was still in certification).

The game is priced at $9.99 USD, but there is some confusion over what the download includes. According to the Commando 3 website, only the Xbox LIVE version includes access to the Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix Beta.
