"On Saturday May 17, 2008 I finally finished GTA: IV to 100% percent competition and decide to make a review about it but half-way through it decide to make it into a Weigh In why you ask well after looking back on the game I found some shocking and disappointing points in the game that make you ask "What Was Rockstar Thinking!!""
