Is a new Psychonauts project in the pipe?

A whiff of something new happening in the world of Tim Schafer's cult-classic Psyhchonauts is in the air.

Schafer's studio, Double Fine, has sparked speculation by publishing an image in the Projects section of its website. Spotted by eagle-eyed web surfers, it's a semi-blacked out Psyhchonauts picture with the words "Coming Soon" stamped on top of it.

Maybe Tim is sniffing out what the Internet buzz would be if such a game came to pass. All I can say is, "Bring it on!!!" The original was easily one of the best games for the original Xbox.

This was a great game and it deserves a sequel, in fact the first one deserved to be played more too.

Maybe they could do like The Orange Box and make new episodes (if it means we get it faster) packaged with the original game.

Put this game with sleeper hits like Okami and Ico.. Great games not played by the masses. If you like platformers give it a shot. its pretty funny too....
