Jin-Roh came well after The Red Spectacles...actually read the story...KZ2's inspiration came from WW2 overall when it comes to the helghast gas masks and attire...The only thing you can pin GG on with Killzone's influences is the Helghast's look, everything else is "pretty" original like the storyline and the other factions

Yeah, Killzone was ripping of a slew of Japanese visual concepts, admitted by the devs, with Jin-Roh chief among then. Then again, it's no secret that a lot of Halo is lifted from Aliens, so no big whoop really.

Nah, sorry, memory's hazy on this one. Good observation though. In any case...I really wanna get my hands on this game. In all honesty, I'll BEG for a delay if it means surpassing the trailer completely(it has in some areas, not even close in others).

No halo-killer stigma this time around, so hopefully this gem can shine in it's own light next year. My thing is, I'm having a hard time swallowing the thought that they'll be done with this by February looking better than E3 '05. More power to them if they do, and the sooner is always the better...but I hope I don't speak for myself when I say I really, REALLY want this game to be a technical showcase of this generation.

Halo is the most over rated game ever released i fell sorry for the idiots that will be camping out to buy halo 3 only to find out they bought the same game 4 years ago(halo 1) It will never stop amazing me that such a repetitive, boring, linear, poor quality storyline fill game has sold at all.
