Manhunt 2 is Rockstar Games' bloody follow-up to the 2003 snuff classic that has found itself in the middle of a firestorm even greater than the one conjured by its predecessor. While the stealthy gameplay of the original may have been nothing new, the style and subject matter of Manhunt made it one of the most mature games ever to hit the gaming world. While controversy always surrounded the game, it definitely didn't do any harm to its sales, so it was perhaps inevitable that Rockstar would produce a sequel. The more i hear about this game the more i think it does deserve the AO rating. Still doesn't mean people shouldn't be able to buy it but.

I think from the sounds of this preview, if they cut a few scenes it'll probably be given a rating by the BBFC.
It doesn't sound like my cup of tea though...perhaps when I was 16, i probably would have loved it then (when I was a huge death metal fan).

4 - You see what gamespot said?

"Ultimately it's nothing we haven't seen before in other games, movies, or even some television." Yet ESRB rated Manhunt 2 AO. Anyway, here is a link to an online petition:

Sign this petition if you want this game uncensored. This could be an explain for all games in the future. Creativity in games should not be limited!!!! They may edit Manhunt 2, but the war against censorship has just begun. These parent groups should not have the authority to choose what games we can play, because the rating system should be fair for every age!!!! I wish I was the head of ESRB I would rate this game rated M for Mature audience only. All people have to do is show an ID then they get the game simple as that.
