... but I'd much prefer a Dragon Ball (not Z or GT) adventure/action style game, with all the great stories and humour from the manga in there (and japanese voices ofcourse).

Anyway, a nice anime-fighter is always welcome. I hope it will look as good as Naruto Ultimate Storm, which made great use of cell-shading, and that it will have a nice large collection of characters to choose from. And let's hope they'll stay away from the DLC-scamming.

I hope it's exclusive to the PS3/Xbox 360 platforms so that the devs can take advantage of the hardware and not worry about watering everything down so that it works on the PS2.

It felt like a Budokai 1.5. The gameplay took a leap back. Huge disappointment, I was expecting a lot better since it was for Xbox 360 and PS3. The only thing it had going for it was the online and it being in HD.

The next DBZ game should be something to look into, but still for me Blue Dragon has been the nicest looking game that akira toriyama has worked on so far. i also hope that they tweak the fighting mechanics a bit of this next DBZ.

hopefully it will be a true budokai game or a tenkaichi game. Burst limit was crap. Its the only Dbz game that i regret buying. the games on the game boy advanced and ps2 was the stuff last gen. Been playing those games since day one. budokai 3 gave me blisters and the rubber pads on the analog sticks fell of of two controllers cuz of that game no joke! who ever thought burst limit would be a good game needs to have a powerpole shoved up where the sun dont shine. It like they took budokai 3, stripped away 75% of the characters, made it hd, then took a great ape sized dump on it.
Oh and ITS OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!

If it isn't Tenkaichi and its another Burst of crap, I'm going to beat another DBZ game in sleep -_- I shock my friends when they seen me a sleep playing DBZ:BL....that is how much it blowed and all my Tenkaichi games got laser burn to death ^-^ to much hardcore playing.

I haven't bought a single DBZ game since Budokai 2. I basically stopped buying them because to me they were essentially the same game being released over and over again. I heard that there was some really neat changes in the Tenkaichi series, but I never got any of them.

DBZ is still one of my favorite anime series of all time, but damn, I wonder how many more DBZ games are they going to make... unless the gameplay is totally revamped or a bunch of really new stuff is added, I don't really see a need for a new one.

I want to see a DBZ game with stuff like Real Time damage and Clothing Deformation as a fight drags on, and when the fight is over you don't look unscathed, there's actual blood dripping and torn clothing. When you power-up, Rocks and particles from the ground hover in the air, etc... and all of those little details that are in the actual TV show.

I liked the Dragon ball Z games. I didn't get burst limit as I played the first 3 sagas again and again. I was hoping there would be dlc to expand on the sagas.

Burstlimit was horrible. One of the best things about Dragonball is being able to fly and interact with the surroundings. Burstlimit was a slap in the face to the fans of Dragonball. Hopefully its like Tenkaichi, or better.

IF Namco Bandai is going to develop another burst limit game there is no need to work on it , it's just don't worth it , i can create a similar game with my eyes closed and my hands tied up , all what we want is :

tenkaichi 3 <<< a great graphics , a lot of characters , a lot of moves and combos , online , a free battle space

that's what I'm talking about

I want an RPG like action adventure DBZ game for the consoles just like the legacy of Goku games. They were awesome. Please not like DBZ sagas. That was horrible. Also, please, please, and please add the music from the anime. English and Japanese. I was a huge DBZ fan when i was younger so i want one like it.

M$ has been working on a Dragonball MMO that would come out on Xbox and PC. This could be a good thing for Dragonball fans. You could see some of the gameplay on youtube. Just type in Dragonball MMO. This might be one of their big announcements for E3 this year.

Burst Limit was terrible so I don't care about this next one. The Tenkaichi games still beat that by a long shot. I don't think any DBZ fighting game will beat Tenkaichi 3 though. That game just seemed to have it all.
