Lego Batman Deemed 'Oppressive,' 'Destructive' to Kids

Consumer watchdog group The Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood has released a list of the finalists for its annual TOADY awards, one of which is Telltale Games' Lego Batman, reports GamePolitics.

For those who don't follow the group, the acronym "TOADY" stands for "Toys Oppressive and Destructive to Young Children." In explanation for Lego Batman's nomination, the group's website offers the following:

Wired just proved me that they don't have a clue what they are talking about, the Lego 'Insert Multimedia Franchise Here' games are made by Travellers Tales not Telltales, they make the new Sam and Max episodes and StrongBad games.

I think I good game for kids is Killzone 2. I would say Gears of War but the chainsaw just makes it a little too much for my 4 year old son.
