Activision Gives Guitar Hero to the Troops

SnagWire: A partnership has been announced between Activision and the United Service Organizations, the group that provides American entertainment to troops stationed overseas.

The video game publisher plans to ship over $100,000 worth of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock game discs and peripherals to USO lounges around the world.

That's pretty noble of them, though wonder why they wont send them GH:WT :)? Eh oh well, I suppose it would be better than having to to sit about for the time being (Given that they are able to sit about without having to watch their back.) Either way good for them to finally get something.
