And now it starts.

next week- Socom and Dead Space

the week after- LBP and Fable

the week after that- Fallout 3

and then finally week after that- Gears and R2

then a few week break till Left 4 Dead

This is just the list of games i'm getting. There's plenty of others i'm sure other people will be getting.

This has got be the best 4 weeks of games I've seen in the 20+ years I've been gaming.

Its a good feeling to know I have them all payed off.

I'm going to hold off on Socom for a bit, beta wasn't a good impression, plus i have 79.99 to pay off on fallout 3, then Resistance 2, for some reason I rather have offline/online games rather then an all online game cause for how long will you be playing online before you get bored.

The last patch screwed the beta up really bad, last night when I tried to played it every time I readied up I would I would get kick out of the room.

I'm still getting it no matter what though.

Premanition, normally I would agree with you, but Socom has always been a different online experience. If you get into a clan and really start playing with the same group of people all of the time you will get hooked.

The patch did mess it up. They will fix it though. I am worried about stats not working right away. In due time though, I am sure all them major bugs will be gone.

Socom, FarCry 2, CoD5 and James Bond: Quantum of Solace are what I'm picking up this holiday season. Socom is going to sell alot of PS3s considering that most socomers have been waiting for a reason to buy a PS3.

Well kinda. This Socom isn't made by the original devs. Those guys are working on the next full Socom. So this won't be selling as much as one might think (just my opinion). Look at this like CoD4 and CoD5, two different devs making the same title.

I believe that is part of the reason why the beta had/has so many bugs.

For now, from this week, is SOCOM. I'll wait a bit before going with Dead Space (I want to compare Silent Hill and the Alone In The Dark "fixed") and FIFA (waiting for PES reviews before choosing).

As far as i'm aware socom is still scheduled to be released next week in the U.S., however it is delayed in europe until the end of november! I mean WTF SCEE??? resistance is even coming out 3 weeks later in europe! Kaz Hirai needs to sort SCEE out!

prince of persia *new one*

im srry i would go on but theres too many great games coming out to get id take up about 1 to 2 full pages of ps3 games to get

MMM i thought Dead Space was due out in europe on the 24th of this month are we getting it a week early ? And Socom is still in selected public beta testing phase ? And Fifa 09 came out last friday in europe.
