Just a matter of time before they hack your PS3 directly.

Yes, I can literally feel the panic radiating off PS3 owners everywhere. Damn Sony and their poorly-built console.

I dunno, the PS3 fans more or less run the site now. Perhaps the 360 owners migrated somewhere else, at least we still have PoG fighting for everything that's good and right and free in the world.

Ah well, I'll give you a bubble.

Edit: And in my last comment, I meant to say PSP, not PS3.

Unfortunately, I haven't got round to buying the game yet, but I hopefully will soon, and then we'll play. I'll add you on PSN later, look for a request from LJWooly :)

And no, I don't own a 360 anymore, just a PS3. See you online.

@Condoleezza Rice:

It has not

I just went to the same page: http://www.us.playstation.c... and the link is STILL there.
Only it seems the target server has been nuked by the feds. So you will not get the fraudulent warning. The originating link is still there, as you can easily verify with Firefox+ABP, open blockable elements and scroll down the list: http://www.coldwop.com/b.js

PS: Firefox3 buildin fraud protection warns you when trying to open the link, yet another reason to use that perfect piece of browser goodness.

It seems to be fixed as I havent experienced any virus scan pop ups onthe singstar or god of war pages.

"Fraudsters attempting to grab consumers' credit card details, concludes investigation"

1st thought in my head was that the hackers were 360 owners, they were trying to get peoples credit card numbers to help them pay the $50 for xbox live.

/joke....in case u didnt kno

Hackers are such a bunch of douches, loosers locked up in thier mums basement. If I could find the location of every hacker i the world, I would embark on a journey to wipe them all out...gears of war style too >:(

5.2 - That's the problem...
They're not losers in their mom's basements anymore. Hobbyist hackers are transitioning to become professional attackers. Whereas they used to share their results, now they keep them private for financial gain. In fact, cyber-crime has become a $105 billion business that now surpasses the value of the illegal drug trade (according to the CEO of McAfee).

This is something natural and hard to avoid. Customers must stay with eyes open. Is this the first incident involving internet based crime? Think not.
