The wii version is the obvious one to get. It has online and lightsaber action which I think is better than pretty graphics.

im still amaze how dumb the mainstream consumers can be, im not going all super fan boy here but come on get a grip the wii visually looks like utter S@#T & the big selling point aww the wii motes doesn't even controls well, the pointing functionality is garbage unless ur playing it in a I-MAX ur not going to have a good experience & the best part of the wii-mote is the motion controls & guess what other system has motion controls?..... yup u got it

yes i own a wii & i'm awful pissed i wasted my money

LoL @ Wii version.

Sooooo gimped.

I would rather have the PS3 / 360 version that includes the DMM and Euphoria tech. THat is FAR more innovative than the Wiimote.

Yeah, but there's only the two BIGGEST, most INNOVATIVE technologies in videogame history (besides Havok physics) that will be MISSING from the Wii version:

DMM - Digital Molecular Matter

and

Euphoria - Procedural Animation with virtual muscles, nervous systems, and skeletal structures, as well as a basic survival instinct for all NPCs and characters.

You are right, without those pretty effects the game is completely ruined for wii owners...

Much like it is for PS3 owners because the game wont do 16X anti-aliasing, 16X anisotropic filtering, all the texturing and whatnot that you could get on a PC...

So you are right, the game is ruined for everyone. Gameplay is not even a factor that should be taken into consideration here...

Im getting both because while I am somewhat of a gfx ho I still like the fact that wii has duel mode. So I will go with PS3 and Wii version. Will get a PS3 version first and a used wii version later.

I always go first with the looks and then with the gameplay , because I'm a graphic whore.

no you don't ge tthe same game if you get the ps3/360 version you get single player and the "Awesome" technologies you talk about. The wii however gets 5 exclusive levels including the jedi temple where you fight against darth someone....Plus you get the duel mode exclusive to wii. So yeah it isn't the same game.

Rare that we get to compare the Wii version with the PS360. I was so sick of looking at xbox screens and PS3 screens and hearing people nit pick how one looks "so much better" than the other, when in fact they both look great and usually have very little difference.

If we compare those graphics with the Dreamcast it would be more shameful for the Wii as the DC was a last gen console that had better hardware than the Wii.

Dreamcast had visuals that could top some crappy games today on the PS3 and the 360 and we even couldn't witnessed its full power that gets tapped in time.

dreamcast was as good as a ps2.. so in turn as good as a wii to some degree..

ps3 is on a '10 year plan' and at launch cost almost a grand.. the wii costs 250 and makes money every console.

so of course i expect the ps3 to look better.. if it doesn't then there is something wrong.

so u fanboys can say the wii looks like crap but then you say the wii is LAST GEN so what do you expect?

and which is it? is wii LAST GEN or is it Current Gen like the PS3 but not as good? pick one can't have both SONY and XBOX fanboys..

17 - Well really it's not Wii Vs PS3...
But PSP Vs 360. Lazy devs are using very little of the Wiis power by porting the PSP version over and trying to please Wii owners by throwing in a VS mode and some extra levels....

Still I'll be getting the Wii version if the Wii-mote works well, it'll be so much more fun than pushing buttons...

If you only have one console, you buy the game for that console and be happy.

Personally, if I had the choice though, I could never opt for the Wii version over the other two, because I personally can't stand the controller/motion-controls, and the terribly poor graphics on an HDTV. Come on now, for kids I understand the whole appeal to "wiggling my wiimote like a lightsaber" but for the rest of us grown-ups... not so much.

I was scrolling and the Wii version doesn't look that different except for the extra details they are fairly the same. WOW

Yet I think if you like the Wii version you will get the HD version also if this does not come to the PC. If you just have a Wii then I don't think you would even give the Wii the time of day but what if this sells more on the Wii? With visuals like that it could very well be a block buster on the Wii. Interesting? This game reminds me of the though of Strret fighter 2 coming to a home console back in the day.

I think the Wii screens are decent, and the controls should make up for the lack of HD. (hopefully)

The PS360 screens are astonishing though. The screen that the apprentice is Force Holding the Stormtrooper looks like a damn movie. They did a great job with the visuals on this game.
