1.3 - Guys...doesn't it feel good to have so much to look forward too?
Not pointing the finger at any other consoles, but doesn't it feel good to know that there are a myriad of quality games coming across a variety of genres? This is why I bought Sony's console. The in-house devs are simply amazing. PS3 has gotta be the best investment I made in a system since my roommate in the Army talked me into getting a PS2 at launch.

Does it look better than Vida Guerra's ass? That's a tough one, but the PS3 does have more to offer than just being sexy. Who knows, maybe Vida does too..

1.7 - Yep and those are only first party
they still have quite a few second pasrty games schedule to hit this year aswell. Infamous was tagged a while back as summer 2008. as well as a fall release for white knight story from level 5, and their is also Voltage and i'm sure we'll prolly even get a peek at the next ratchet game in development. a trailer. we know how insomniac works and they drop a top tier game every year. and naughtyDog is certainly up to something i mean in 06 they patten the title the Lost frontier for Jak and daxter. Sony has never been the type to play all their cards. and it will likely be shown their full line up this year at e3 and at TGS08 and they might even show anything at the Leipzig German

LBP = march 2008
Killzone Summer 2008
MGS4 - March 2008....
FF13 - Fall 2008

Amazing 2008 lineup...

Now it's

LBP Winter 2008
FF13 - TBD 2009
MGS4 - June
Home - Who knows....

People don't like to hear it but these are the same games you've been waiting for for 3 years. Alan wake for xbox falls into this feild as well.

2.5 - The problem is not delays...
the problem is fanboys from either side clinging to "tentative release schedules" as solid release dates. Kevoncox enjoys exaggerating a little too much as well, which doesn't help either. LBP never had a solid release date until now (October=fall, not winter btw Kevon), Killzone 2's release date was never set in stone, MGS4 never had a solid date until now (June 12), FFXIII has barely been mentioned even (it's only talked about because it is one of the most anticipated PS3 titles and people have known it was coming since forever), and Home has a "tentative open beta release" (which Kevon accepts as a solid release date apparently) for November. Get over yourself Kevon, you fanboy. Mentioning one for the 360 doesn't make you neutral at all. You failed to mention Halo Wars which will be coming out next year (hopefully).

2.6 - How long was Halo 3 delayed? Wasn't it supposed to come out when the PS3 launched?
What about Too Human? How long has Alan Wake been in development? Halo Wars?

I understand there's been a good number of delays on the PS3 but it's not like delays are consoles exclusive.

BTW ... if you're implying that LBP or KZ or any of these other games that haven't had set dates are being delayed, then you can add Mass Effect to that list of games as well.

that's how you have a console last you 10 years while simultanesouly releasing quality/original IPs. And there's plenty of games out now, coming out this Holiday season to satisfy me.

Jealous much? Don't worry. There's all those great games from 07 on 360 and Halo Wars and Gears 2 to look forward to on 360. That's plenty to last you until MS releases their next console.

Come on Sony, show me something that'll make me want to buy your console. Linux installs nearly did it.

The wii's done it's bit (sad to admit, my daughter loves it).

But that lineup is nothing spectacular like you fanboys seems to make it sounds. The only one that is a console seller on the PS3 is MSG4 and the FF when it comes, so don't try and 'big' up those other releases, they could come and go and I'd be none the wiser for them.

only mgs is a proven franchise! the rest...well.

the 360 has some potentially decent games this year, and next year alan wake will hit, along with two mmo's in the form of huxley, and A.P.B...which if they can pull off what they plan, will be game of the year. already three potential greats for 09 alone.. i just love hearing the sony fanboys saying that there's nothing in 09 for the 360!

I think the 360 Line up is ok, but it is
no better then the PS3's lineup, so no Idea how
some 360 fans can say that the 360 lineup easily
beats the PS3's lineup.

Home is coming out later this year, of course
some 360 fans will claim: It'll be delayed.
but the same can be said about any game for
either console.

Wether any game is delayed or not is no big
deal, It'll still come out, I'd rather it
be delayed then half as*ed done.

so Lets just enjoy whatever and whenever the
games come out for either console.

Even if they dont show those how bout a new announcement of Shadow of The Colosus 2 coming in the end of 2009 and more on White Knight Chronicles and Infamous. They have a few titles hidden up their sleaves..Remember the Xbox 360 has not FPS comming out this year...Resistance 2 and Haze are PS3 exclusives...

Resistance 2 will own for online...come on people 8 way online co-op!!!! Nobody is doign that! 60 players online? Nobody is doing that...

Killzone 2 had to come on in 2009 for REsistance 2 to even get a chance...you can not release two top FPS in the same month...

Resistance 1 was a top PS3 seller.....Resistance 2 will sell even more.

Now thats what you call a line up, I can't wait for those games the only thing that Sony pushed back was Killzone 2 which makes sense since R:FOM 2 is in November. But like I said that's what you call a line up.

Off topic: The only thing MS has that I'm getting this year is Gears 2 and I might just wait to see if it comes out on PC next and get it on there instead.

But these are the games I'm getting:

1.wipEout(R) HD
