RPGamer writes: "Being a massive fan of the Kingdom Hearts series, I was extremely excited when Chain of Memories was first announced for the Game Boy Advance. I borrowed the game from a friend to try it out first since it seemed to be such a departure from the main series. I didn't really enjoy it and, to be honest, never really understood it either. The difficulty and changed battle system turned me off and I never picked it up again. I actually hoped that it would be remade as a more classically styled Kingdom Hearts game for the PlayStation 2, although I passed off that hope as impossible."
