Game Informer: The Guitar Hero: Interview With Marcus Henderson

GI: "Marcus Henderson was one of the faces behind Guitar Hero's early days, acting as a spokesman for the fledgling franchise. As a guitarist for WaveGroup, he laid down dozens of the tracks from the original game through Guitar Hero Rocks the '80s. With music games relying more and more on master recordings, Henderson hasn't been in the spotlight nearly as much. That's not to say that he hasn't been busy. His white 2005 Gibson Flying V guitar is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and his autographed picks packaged in a line of Topps trading cards fetch upward of $250.

We caught up with Henderson to get his recollections on the early days of the Guitar Hero series and see what he's been up to. While he can't get into specifics quite yet, let's just say that gamers haven't heard the last of Marcus Henderson."
