Assassin's Creed is remarkable in every aspect it performs. From the sprawling city life to the dual-vision storyline, everything blends together to offer one of the most complete and satisfying experiences so far this year. With so many great games arriving at the same time as Assassin's Creed it might be hard to give this game a try, but you owe it to yourself to jump into the role of Altair and start killing some Templars; the game is that rewarding and fun to play.

come on now...have you played the game...like some of the people below me are saying the game play is repetitive, the AI is dumb, and the story is so-so. In defense of the game the physics are superb, the landscapes are amazing, and the wall climbing/environment interaction is excellent.

The main line for me is that while it wasn't bad and it exactly wasn't great I still think it deserves 7 out of 10 or maybe 6.5 out of 10.

When the game was over, I set my control down and said, "Is that it...wow!?"

Great game imo one of the best Ive ever seen but to write a review without mentioning at least some of the glitches is either deceitful or just plain ignorant.

I was able to stealth kill the end boss lol. It's not an end-all be-all game, but I enjoyed the time spent on it.

Umm... the entire game is meant to be played so you can choose how to kill people. You can set up for the assassination, or just charge in and kill everyone. Thats the POINT of the game.

only thing i have to say, is that the framerate sucks sometimes, with the tearing, plus the one main thing that really gets me, is the damn FREEZING, this morning i went and playing 5 minutes and it froze on me, god, ive never trade my games in, but im really thinking about doing it, if ubisoft doesnt release a patch very soon

4 - I just started AC

I am on memory block 2, and So far I have to say, I have really liked the Game. It did freeze on my when going to Damascus the first time.. I'm sure there is more to come. But yea its a good game, so far. I have never played GTA, so this kind of platform free roaming is kinda new to me.

11 - I really like it ...

Im about 9 hours into it, and only completed 4 assassinations. Its just a fun game to play.

Maybe I got a good copy of the disc or something ... because I have had zero technical issues.
