GameStop Sold Out of BioShock Collector's Edition?

Next week is BioShock's release and if you haven't pre-ordered your GameStop Limited Edition of BioShock, you may want to head over to GameStop asap. It is no longer being listed on GameStop's web site for the Xbox 360 or PC. The regular edition of the Xbox 360 and PC game and the guide book are the only ones available for pre-order.

preordered mine like 2 days ago, just in the nick of time...although if CC has the reg edition on sale for $50 like i have heard, a price match at bb plus my reward zone bucks ...40 bucks for bioshock is oftly tempting.

2.1 - Well If you were planning on getting...

the "hardcore gamers only" Legendary Edition. I heard thats sold out too. Well, some Gamestop employee told me that they stopped taking pre-orders. I'm not sure if thats true, it's still listed on the website. So the employee may have misunderstood. But either way, I'm glad I ordered the Legendary Edition of Halo 3 and the Collectors edition of Bioshock before all this. :)

I talked to somebody from EB games today and it's true, they are all out. But I still have hope. With how popular it is, I'm sure they will release another shipment of them at some point (although the guy said there was none he knew of in the near future).

I don't get the LE unless it has extra gameplay - characters etc - like how Jade Empire had an additional character to choose.

Game are the only one's in the UK that are sell the collector edt. I preorderd mine 2 weeks ago and wanted to know yesterday why they have taken the 360 version off there web site and the guy in game said they have sold all of their preorder stock
