Open Letter to BioShock eBay Buyers

JW of Xbox 360 Rally just couldn't hold in his rant on people paying $150+ for an advanced copy of Bioshock here is what he had to say:

"I swear to Christ, some of you people are just downright idiots. Not you guys in particular - Lord knows Xbox 360 Rally readers are uber-cool. But I am talking to the Xbox 360 fanboys… no, not the website of that name. Again, they're cool, too. I'm talking about the ACTUAL fanboys! You know, the [kittens] who swear up and down that the "xbox is teh awesum ps3 sux lolz!". I'm talking to those guys. Why?"

"Because they're the ones who are BUYING BioShock on eBay!"

It's really not his business, nor is it ours. I wouldn't pay that much to get a game a week early, but if people are willing to do it and they have the cash, it's not our place to criticise them.

Bioschok will perhaps make it to the PS3!!! and paying that much amount for a game is stupid..its just give more reason for devlopers to charge more then 60 dollars for their games...because of retards willing to pay 150 dollars or more for advance copies..

It's extremely sad that they will spend a good 250% of the actual cost of the game to get it a couple days early. I could see that for Halo 3 but Bioshock? It's surprising and relatively sad.

You speak on your article about the people who purchase the early copies of Bioshock that is sold through ebay. You go on and on about the buyers who spend $70.00-$125.00 are stupid fanboys...
The truth is, there are people out there that have extra money on hand or just have a nice salary and they loved Bioshock so much they dont mind shelling out the dough. Doesnt make them stupid if they can afford it.
