I dont know anymore!!!
My head hurts!!

I saw some screenshots 2 weeks ago that made me believe that the X360 version was sharper and more detailed. The PS3 version screens came right next to it. Overall the PC version kicked both of them into space.

Now I see these screens and the PS3 and PC versions are almost identical and the X360 version looks really washed up. I think this just goes to show that these comparisons are somewhat inclined to the users way of capturing the screens or the colour settings that are aplied to each one of the versions.

It's true, but the framerate is really bad. I don't think it ever locks in at 30 Hz. And there are some really bad glitches in the game.

I remember one scene in The Fade where I was going through the dialog tree with the boss I was supposed to face when suddenly the entire scene looped and I had to go through the dialog tree again, but this time staring at a massive view of that boss' crotch.

Lovely.

I remain unconvinced that Bioware or Edge of Reality or whoever has a firm grasp on the PS3 hardware.

Glad to know BioWare can handle the PS3!!! I hope future RPGs take advantage of the PS3 and aren't dumbed down by the DVD capacity of the 360. With EA owning BioWare, I can see all future titles being multi-plats.

the 360 version looks washed out, the ps3 version looks abit sharper but overall the pc version takes the cake lighting and textures so if you're gonna get one version get it on the pc

Graphics in this game aren't amazing in the first place, but they are good (PC version for me). Honestly, I couldn't see playing this game on the ps3 or 360 due to no keyboard/mouse support. Would be so slow paced, I would imagine, with a controller considering how many times you would have to pause the game for some of the more intense fights.

Anyway, in my opinion DA (pc anyway) is the best WRPG this generation. Amazing game, even better than ME (2nd favorite), Fallout 3, Oblivion, etc.

Whats with all the PC vs console comparisons recently, you can't compare a PC which has multiple configurations against a console which has a set config.

Of course the PC version will look better if you have the hardware to push the settings up.

6 - I have a xbox360 and PC
and I bought it on the PC for gameplay reasons. It has a rotatable isometric view and playing this game with mouse + keyboard feels better. Also, the game was cheaper (Direct2Drive download).

For those who have doubts, BUY THIS GAME, it's a beauty, no matter wich platform!

Why not ? Some people prefer to play on the consoles. Just shows, the console version can keep up, no matter how PC lovers will try to spin that. If you like it for the PC, just get it there.

9 - ps3 version is better then the x360 so if you have a ps3 or a pc thats what you should get it on
not the x360. It just doesnt make since to get this game on the x360.

The PS3 version has slightly sharper textures and the lighting is slightly better. Both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions are a little buggy, and both versions have frame rate issues. Hopefully they will be fixed with a patch but even so the bugs are not really game breaking.

The PC version is better not only for graphics but because you can change the view point and you are able to see all your characters on screen at the same time. The PC version does not run perfectly either and has a few minor glitches too.

No matter the system it is still a great game, the minor difference in graphics should not make much difference if the game interest you.

12 - i have the PS3 version, and the visuals are pretty good,
and the framerate is jerky when a lot of things are going on at once. not enough to destroy gameplay, but it's definitely there.

overall, i think Bioware did a bang up job on the PS3 for their first ever PS3 title, and it's just a damn good game no matter what system you play it on.

my wife loves it, and has already beaten it once, and is playing through again with a different race/class/origin. she's logged in quite a few hours into it already (at least 70+).

great game.

Where's eurogamer's Comparison?? where's the lenseoftruth comparison?? Why are they so reluctant to do a Dragon's Age comparison??? Maybe it's too hard this time to make DA look better on 360 by adjusting the colors? I know eurogamer had a huge dragon's age ad. campaign, heck Eurogamer has reviewed the pc version and the 360 version but have no intent on doing the PS3 version it seems.

Could it be them obviously showing their agenda? Lensoftruth really got into a lot of crap for showing the 360 version of MW2 looking much better cause they only used the 'default' brightness adjustment then tried to write it off that you have to go into options to do it- and typical users won't do that. Which is another lie as the game does a brightness adjustment the first time you boot it up.
