From my personal experiences always trust your instinct vs. what any business person says. I've had so many managers (CEOs and VPs) lie through their teeth to me without flinching one bit. You think they have any problem doing this to people they don't know?

I feel for those that have been made redundant, but honestly, as a WoW player I feel ever so slightly smug that WAR isn't the Titan Mythic claimed it was going to be before it launched.

I still remember a comparison that dreadful Paul Barnett made about WoW and WAR, saying WoW was like Blackpool compared to the Las Vegas that is WAR. Needless to say, it hasn't worked out like he hoped.
