WoW 3.2 Update: Big Wintergrasp Changes

Blizzard has announced a number of substantial changes to Wintergrasp, the open world PvP zone in World of Warcraft.

From patch 3.2 onwards, players will have to queue for entry into Wintergrasp and a limit of 100 players a side will be imposed. Among other changes, higher level players will be given priority into the battle over lower level ones.

The changes are being made to provide players with an easier way to join WG battles, and to better control zone population and stability.

Wow, pretty fundamental changes there. Kinda goes against the whole open world PvP plan =/

The level differences are important to fix. Hope this will alleviate the issue.

The 100 player cap will only affect people during peak times IMO, and that's only on busy realms.

The queuing thing is good though, you can just queue and carry on questing, then get ported there when you get in. Didn't see this coming though.

At peak times on my server we get 61 people horde side almost every single time. Cap will be nice as the WG buff just wasnt enough to make a difference against some odds.
