Steam Drops MMO Prices This Weekend

Steam has marked down MMORPGs from 20-75% off. Not only that, but they still come with a free month of play, meaning trying out games like Age of Conan and Everquest II will only cost about $10.

1 - Steam discounts..
Gotta love them Steam discounts. In the past, I've always clicked those away, but since a while back I've begun to realise they're quite nice. Sure, MMO games are not my favourites, but Steam do tend to have some sales that interest me every now and then! :)

In hindsight, whats the point? It's going to be a digital copy anyway so your still going to be paying for the monthly fees. A majority if not all of the MMO's listed are available for free, you just need to get a subscription going just like you do for these.

If you got a physical copy of any of these games then sure I'd be all for it, but for MMO's it just doesn't work!

2.1 - Free time
You get a month free, and they end up costing cheaper than a month would. Alot of them offer trials yeah true, but then you have to pay for a retail key either digitally or from a store to upgrade that to a full version.
