Prototype was released in 'do it yourself format' for 360 days ago.

Shame on them.

I think prototype looks good, but the lack of any reviews is a little worrying

What if there's an underlying reason why there are hardly any reviews...?

I think Carl is on to something here. Maybe Activision has some something to hide in this game game and 30 minutes after is is in your console of choice so Hello Kitty mission begins and its downhill from there. And the people that got the game for review have a gag on because they may reveal this insane twist!

Or maybe there is an embargo on reviews until launch day, but no, that would be to crazy back to the hello kitty controversy!

Yeah, maybe. PSM3 says that Activision refused to send them code in time for this month's issue...

Of course, maybe i am over reacting >.<

Its Activion, they are just avoiding the press all together.

Lets face it, people that buy blindly don't go to sites and read review scores anyways. If you want to check it out before you buy it and be a smart consumer, rent it, or read some forums tomorrow. Worst case scenario this game is just good. It is a pretty safe bet that it wont suck if you ask me.

In related news from this article, That star in Super Mario Galaxy has a game out today on the DS, woot! Seriously though, I tried it, its a solid nintendo platformer. I have no shame!

Also, that is somewhat worrying news about PSM3...that's my fav print gaming magazine...

Still, those trailers shown me stuff that really appeals to me. Been tracking this game for over 2 years now, just need to play it.

Oh i want it to be a good game; i've been very much looking forward to it for a good while. It's jst the lack of reviews that is making me doubt it.

Chances are i will end up buying it though, as i am getting towards the end of my first InFamous playthrough

That first trailer really put me off. "Pwn everything".... Give me a break. And what I saw was most certainly NOT anywhere near Parkour.

Trailer aside, it does look like a fun game, and I am planning on picking it up as long as the reviews are at least decent. The lack of them this close to release is a bit worrying though...

These kinds of games tend to be a little repetitive, and even if it is Hulk Ultimate Destruction with a new skin, that would be bad news how? "speaking of repetitive, that comparison is a little played out don't ya think?"

Like Infamous, as longs as there is a good story, some variety and is fun to play I am sold. I just finished Infamous, I need something else, heck, I am even back to Crackdown because of Infamous, lol
