Team Fortress 2 update fixes Spy issues

Valve has released a patch for their FPS Team Fortress 2, now available on Steam. The update adds several fixes focusing on problems with The Spy's items along with some additional issues.

Isn't this the first list of fixes that came after the patch? They fixed the Ambassador shooting through gates first thing, and there's been at least one other patch since then.
