Parabellum is pretty good, though it's not out yet. It's using Unreal Engine 3 with the same lighting engine as Mirror's Edge.

these are all free, open source, and very fun to play, these are also availible on linux and some on mac

and you can even play them on your ps3

3 - F.E.A.R.'s multiplayer is free as well.
Was surprised it wasn't on the list. I got into the beta and really enjoyed the Multiplayer.

... though when the game came out I focused on the single-player and only dabbled in the Multiplayer for a little while.
