Hellgate: London: New PvP Screenshots

HanbitSoft has released five new images showing PvP action in Hellgate: London's upcoming patch 1.5, slated for release in Asia.

The patch features a new player area, the Training Grounds, where players are taught the basics of fighting, and a two story building called the Maritime Museum, which is likely to be the new player base. As seen in the images, Hellgate is looking as good as ever, which begs the question; Why is it still unavailable outside of Asia?

If enough people said that, someone would buy the licence. I just don't think there's the demand for it.

It's never coming back to Europe, is it?

Seems unlikely at the moment. Unless their change their minds over at Hanbitsoft, and I suppose they have no experience with EU/US market...

They should have just been responsible for all of it, in my opinion.

If you have a retail copy you can still play it offline. Shame there's no LAN capabilities.

I think it's so sad us Europeans and the Americans can't get their hands on Patch 1.5...

Good game, really. Especially with the market place and stuff they added. Too bad they failed miserably.

Surely someone can buy the rights to publish this game in the US and Europe again? I know a few people who really liked the game.

Yes, I mean they should surely gain some sort of money from all the EU/US players who liked it.

Lots of people actually liked the game, but the problem is that the current owners of the EU/US distribution probably spent a LOT of money in to it, which they lost, and they will be unwilling to sell it unless it's for a good price.

Which in turn is just stupid, because they will most likely just sit on the license until all traces of fan following has died, and then another 10 years...

I really wish someone would localise and release these patches to the west.

Honestly, I think people are looking back with rose coloured glasses. It wasn't that great.
