In this interview from G4tv.com, head of Cryptic games (makers of Champions Online and Star Trek Online) Bill Roper talks about why Hellgate: London failed.

He also goes into how they plan on competing with World of Warcraft, and whether any of Cryptic's games will ever make it on to a console.
