this device has been around for some time now, they are priced at £88 on ebuyer. it takes along time and a lot of practise before it can be used in games, i had mine for about 3 weeks before i became effictive in games. that being said it is really cool. and a big step forward in gaming.
it works on every game, but it only works with windows, xp is the best for it so far.
ps. there are some romours that this will eventually be compatible with the ps3.

This is really the kind of technology that would flourish under the open source model.

Kevin poopy reviewed this on AOTS for cod4. It looked annoying because it doesn't really pick up brain waves signals or whatever but instead is controlled by muscle movements from your temple and forehead.
