It's like suing alcohol companies by alcoholics and McDonald by "big" people. Pathetic guy trying to lay his hands on Blizzard's money.

Exactly...The game attracts these types of people...it doesn't make them.

Or lung cancer patients suing tobacco companies. Oh wait, people in the states have already done this and won :/

Some people will try anything for "free" money. This guys more than most ~ "previously filed handwritten lawsuits against celebrities and politicians."

This guy apparently has nothing to lose, so I guess your argument of the "why not" defense is valid.

Fishy, I think the people that won the lawsuit against the tobacco companies were people who started before the risks were known. That makes since because at one time there was no danger seen with smoking.

I have a better chance at filing suit against EA, because after playing Need for Speed. I felt the urge to go out and drive really fast. And now I want to be compensated for A: my speeding ticket. B: damage to my car after I ran over your dog. C: gas used.

Good luck homie, don't drop the soap

But on a more serious note. You're a dumb ass and lol@u in prison

4 - Look on the bright side, pal.
He is suing the game maker for making him "lose touch with reality" while he's locke dup in prison? Wouldn't losing touch with reality be a good thing?

True, but, the article insinuates that his loss of reality caused by WoW is what pushed him to commit the offenses and end up in jail. Basically he's blaming WoW for putting him there.

I'm pretty sure when you go down they dont let your PC with you.

Maybe he should sue his teachers and parents for turning out to be an idiot.

Bottom-feeders are so funny.

It wouldn't surprise me, that in some prisons the "better" inmates get to do some internet surfing/playing.

*sigh* You can't win a lawsuit against Blizzard. It just won't happen.

Couldn't he have picked an easier company to rob?
