1 - Playing that game
on a PC is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Of course I will get disagrees and people will reply with the same old Blahblah about 'my PC rips your PS3/360 because I have the latest SuperGigaMega Force 3322 FXG coupled with a Quad Core whatever and I can play with super mega 4080p resolutions on my tiny 19 inch screen' but Paradise is not suited for PC gamers.

I don't understand how a racing game is not suited for PC gamers.
I rather get it on PC because I have racing accessories for PC.

1.2 - Racing Accessories?
Have you ever played a Burnout game before? Using a wheel with Burnout?
That is either the craziest thing I have heard or you are simply way more hardcore than most gamers on this planet.
Have you tried to play Gran Turismo like pros do? You know, on Playstation with an entry Level Mad Catz wheel?
And believe me, if you have never played Burnout before, you are in for world of hurt with a small monitor.

Ineffable Bob, I don't see the point. And if I stand correct, comments like yours are now automatically deleted by mods.(If it so happens that they read it)
I made a valid point,you said nothing. I got disagrees, I knew I would.
Try something more elaborate. I can understand though that some people who don't have HD consoles and always wanted to try the game will be happy, but to me, it's just like playing an RTS like C&C on a console.

I guess People do want to get Epileptic Attacks if they are disagreeing with him and telling him to go to the open zone. Seriously i know its going to look better than the PS3 version obviously, because its a PC, but look at the PC video of Burnout PAradise. You actually want to play that 1 foot away from the Montior? Do you want to die? that game looks 50x More Flashier than Wipeout HD since its on the PC and you know what happen to wipeout, it got delayed in order to fix that flashiness in order to avoid people from having epileptic attacks. just imagine on the PC.

You have not explained why Burnout: Paradise is not suited for PC gamers.
I played Burnout: Paradise (PS3) on a monitor at it was beautiful. I had no trouble playing it at all. In fact, it was easier to play than on an SDTV (obviously). Should Burnout 1-4 have not been on consoles because they were available only in SD resolutions making things difficult to see? No. Should Burnout: Paradise have not been made for consoles because the majority of people still use SDTVs? No. So why should Burnout: Paradise not be suited for the PC?
Burnout: Paradise will be perfectly fine on PCs. A *normal* person sits around 3 to 4 feet away from the monitor, which will not cause crazy epileptic seizures or something stupid like that. And as for the control scheme, you can easily hook up a gamepad (Xbox 360 controller is the most popular) to play Paradise, or if you'd like you could even use a racing wheel... but according to you, that's just crazy talk.

??? 3 feet- 4 Feet? you think PC gamers have 42" HDTVs connected to their PCs? DO you think College students Have a Gigantic Monitor in their room to sit 3-4 feet away from a computer? my Roomate plays Crysis on a 20" monitor, 1 foot away from him cause he doesnt have anyroom to sit 3-4 feet away from him. are you kidding me? Kids got Epileptic Seizures from watching Pokemon even though they sat 7-8 feet away from the TV. just look at this episode. Now think about what said. if this gave kids epiliptic seizures, think about Burnout on your PC running at 1200p at full speed and high quality.

@ pwnsauce a game cannot "give" someone epileptic seizures. It doesn't matter if they glue their head to the monitor and stare at it. A person can suffer an epileptic seizure from a game ONLY if they have epilepsy in the first place.
If they already have epilepsy then it will not matter if they sit with their nose to the monitor or view the picture via a telescope from three miles away.
As for burnout paradise, meh don't really care it's a console racer that ultimately will not appeal to the PC crowd. I am part of the PC crowd and I can't say this is on my "buy" list. It was the same situation with DMC4, capcom blamed piracy for low sales.. erm no it was down to the fact no PC gamer actually wanted to play DMC 4. The same situation awaits Burnout Paradise, anyone remotely interested in playing the game already has, so I don't see why they are bothering to inflict this on the PC.

It is a scientific FACT that games cannot give you Epilepsy. If you think that you really need to go back to school. The only danger from games in terms of epilepsy is if the person already HAS epilepsy. A game can only trigger an epileptic seizure if a person already has the condition.
