Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures gets first expansion

Eidos Interactive has revealed that it's working on the first expansion for Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. The expansion will be released on pc, but further details were not given.

Dont bother with this game and listen to the press . Those idiots from websites and magazines probably only played the first part of the game wich is a decently crafted rpg adventure , afterward when the real game starts , desillusion step in .... with ludicrous and numerous bugs , broken classes and no balance , a dysfunctional and not so great pvp (when its the main point of the game) , shoddy support from Funcom and attitude .

Frankly they deserves a kick in the groin for even thinking about an expansion when everyone is "still waiting for the beta to end" .

You're better off trying WoW or Warhammer online .

WoW is an excellent first MMO (but also an excellent MMO, overall).

WAR looks like a pretty solid competitor.

Otherwise, your options are EVE Online (which is definitely not for everyone) and Guild Wars (which fails in the Massive component of MMO).

WoW was really great. I would try Warhammer online in september. that game looks really promising if you like pvp. the pve looks great too and i have heard only good things about it. Aoc is totally dissapointing. I loved the ferst few lvls. the gamemechanics where great. but later on the its just broken. i was really annoyed of it after 2 month.

5 - The xbox version is doomed.
This game will never see the light of day. If they can't even get the PC version out of the pay beta period, good luck attempting this on the console.
