APB: "It's too early to think seriously about not having a boxed product"

Speaking to VG247 at Develop in Brighton today, Realtime Worlds studio manager Colin Macdonald said that nothing had been decided in terms of the publication of massively anticipated MMO APB, but that the idea of relying purely on digital distribution for the game was unlikely to come to fruition.

I don't think they've even selected their platform yet. Wasn't first 360 exclusive, the PS3 exclusive (rumours) and now who knows?

Regarding the topic, Id prefer them to support both disc and DD, I like disc's, some like DD, why not appease us all?

As I remember it's still PC/360 but they also said that the Ps3 is a possibility too. I guess if MS doesn't pay it'll be multiplatform

2 - So basically VG247 sucks for journalism...
Basically they took 1 interview and split it up into mulitple article snippets? WTF? What are they just that desperate for hits to the site? This feels more like spam than news.

2.2 - My thoughts exactly
Game looks interesting though, but it reminds me too much of Crackdown in terms of artistic design. Not a bad thing, but I'd like something a bit more refreshing.
