There are new maps for the PC version of Unreal Tournament 3. PCGH took screenshots of all the new maps, which are part of the Community Bonus Pack 3: Volume 1.

If not you're going to have to cook it yourself. I would do it but since the PC runs so much better, there really isn't a valid point for me to cook it.

4 - The beauty of UT3 on PC and PS3
is that no maps are off limits. Any exclusive maps that will be included in the 360 version will be created by mods and put out for free on the PC/PS3 versions.

Which is cool.
