2.1 -
I liked Lost Planet. Good graphics, giant mechs, purdy explosions, big bugs. Once you fine tuned the controls it played awesome.

I would rather see them working on LP 2 and Dead Rising 2 than messing with these expansions however. Seems like a cheap cash-in and if it does decent on the 360/PC I would expect them to try the same thing on the PS3.

2.2 - problem with you crab, is you like everything that comes out for the 360.
so it's hard to use your opinion. i own a ps3 but if a game comes out that i think is a let-down, i'll say just that.(haze was a big disappointment after all the big talk from FR) i didn't think LP was a very good game.(on either system.)

capcom should be working on "dead rising 2". if they could add some new gameplay to the great 1st game, it would be kick @SS.

5 - Why would you release a port?
Unless your super hardcore and play the game online everyday...why would you buy this? This seems like a easy cash-in for Capcom. Update the game slightly, price it as budget, and see how many people unknowingly purchase a "new game." What is unacceptable is that the multiplayer isn't even compatible with the "old" version. Colonies seems to be the definitive version, however if you've played it once its hard to justify playing an updated port.

6 - I enjoyed the first one; and
though the single player part was average, the multiplayer was really well done. It could have run a little faster, but overall I felt it was well done. Colonies has 20 total multiplayer maps, and was a 1st day purchase. The game's only 30 bucks. Well worth it if you didn't buy the first one.
