Hellgate Possibly Responsible for Huge Losses for Hanbitsoft

Hellgate: IncGamers report that Hanbitsoft founder, Kim Young-man, is selling off a large number of his Hanbitsoft shares, and that the company has had big losses recently, possibly due to the bad Hellgate: London reception in Korea.

One wonders how things would have gone for Hellgate if it was released when it was DONE?

The game had MASSIVE potential but it was clearly rushed to release missing a TON of key things and we also have the part of a LOT of questionable design choices that might have been changed given more development time -_-

Well if done means more interesting environments, less bugs and more interesting overall experience then yes.

In my opinion they made 1 huge mistake and that is that they wanted to do to much. If you are a small "independent" like Flagship you need to make sure you specialize.

Don't start out with single player, free online play AND payed online play. Even now they have different patches for both single and multi player that need to be tested separately. A small company like them doesn't have time for that. This is just one example of the fact that they need to focus and still aren't doing so enough.
