Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis Review (Gamespot)

Obtuse puzzles make Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis a case that's about as hard to crack as "The Red-Headed League."

The Good
* Interesting, if not exactly innovative, cat-and-mouse plot
* Famous locales bring Victorian London to life
* Mostly common-sense puzzles based on artwork and historical
artifacts give the game a tremendously Holmesian atmosphere.

The Bad
* Frustrating puzzles with lots of repetitive busywork
* Linear design forces you to proceed through puzzles exactly as the
designers intended.
