How about Banjo Kazooie Threeie? Bully? Dead Island? Elveon? Guilty Gear 2: Overture? Infinite Undiscovery? Left 4 Dead? Lost Odyssey (already available)? Operation Darkness*? Postal 3? Project Offset? Sabotage? Sacred 2: Fallen Angel? Tales of Vesperia?

Like RTS? There are about 5 coming. Like FPS? Another 5-10. Racing? Sports? No? Not a single FPS, RTS, Racer or sport title in that bunch.

Those are just the Exclusives. Do you only play 2 games a year or something?

Oh, and about 2 Small Xbox LIVE Arcade games every week.

Somehow, I get the impression you're _trying_ to imagine there are no games to be interested in playin on Xbox 360 in 2008... I wonder why..?

*If you havent checked that out, look it up. Its a Japanese developed JRPG-style tactical RPG. Pretty interesting mash-up of genres. Im very eager to see it this year.

i'm aware of all of those games, but if i was interested in them, i'd have listed them.

it's not like i completely forgot about all the titles hitting the 360 this year. just that there are very few that have my interest piqued to a level where, with my limited funding, i'll give up buying a PS3 title to pick it up.

what's really messed up, is that i've been limiting my gameplay on my 360 so it won't red ring before any of my anticipated titles comes out. it sounds foolish, and it *IS, but my roommate was absolutely DYING to play Mass Effect. he bought it on day one brought it home... and his 360 crapped out on him. he didn't get to play Mass Effect for a week until he bought a new 360, and eventually sent his off to MS for repair.

it's things like this (a similar thing happened to a friend of mine who was eagerly awaiting a game, maybe Bioshock, and his 360 crapped out on him the same day).

personally, not a single one of us should have to worry about our systems crapping out on us. i've only had my 360 for about two months now, but i'm constantly living in that state of uncertainty and trepidation every time i get the urge to play Mass Effect or Crackdown. it's ridiculous. i just don't have that worry with my PS3, because it's built like a brick-house.

i find it hard to put so much money behind a console that could crap out on me, denying me the very REASON why i bought the console in the first place; playing games.

First of all How old are you? If you claim that n64 gamers are old, you must be 14 or something. Second of all, are you trying to suggest that we "xbots" think that bajo kazooie is going to be AAA, and Legendary. No . Its going to be a good game, and its going to be a platform game. Think of it more like a ratchet and clank effect, It will likely sell copies but not be touted as the greatest thing to happen to the 360.
