I could be wrong, but the game probably want be better than a six. To early to tell though. They could do a lot better without doing a FPS.

A 4-5 page article in this month's Gameinformer on this.

It looked promising but Devs always talk a big talk.
Of course they are not gonna say we are gonna make the crappiest game we can and still expect $60.00 out of you guys.

I guess we will see in the year or so to still come as the article said middle of '09 is when it's expected out.
I'm not even gonna remotely get excited about this till '09.

Funny thing is my girlfriend and I just watched Alien and Aliens this past weekend and I commented "Man that would make a great video games!!"
alas they did but weren't that great.

I always enjoyed the AVP and AVP2 FPS for the PC. Being the alien/predator was always a fun time and pretty bad ass. The online multiplayer was pretty cool for back then as well. Hope this game turns out good.

I am so looking forward to this game, segas track record is decent, and this group looks liek the understand taht Aliens 2 was creep and action packed, keep the atmosphere SEAGA do it right and youll have my cash

I must say...I am a huge fan of the Alien franchise. I've waited a long time for a game like this to come out. Hopefully they take their time and deliver a memorable and remarkable experience. I'm definitely looking forward to this one.

I palyed alot of Alien trilogy on the PC back in the day, though it was a Doom Clone it was still pretty accurate in the environemnts that were in the actual first three films, it also ahd a good soundtrack.

Aliens + GearBox = Pure Awesomeness. This game along with Resistance 2, FarCry 2 and Killzone 2 are my most wanted FPS games of 2008.

Come on.. don't base a game on a movie series that hasn't been good since the 90s. I'll take an original concept over Aliens/Star Wars/Star Trek/etc any day.

I believe in this game because I believe in Gearbox, but I bet they could be doing something even better with their time.
