HAZE Release Date plus HAZE for PC Official?

and haven't Ubi and FRD said many times that haze is only on the PS3?

Haze is game set in the year 2048 and a game that will be realease in the year 2048... hehehe. All kidding aside, we shouldn't believe all the information from different retailers' website because they do make mistake sometimes like for example HMV one time opened pre orders on MGS4 on Xbox 360 and then if you go over at woolworth's website right now and search for haze you'll see that the game is only registered as a Xbox 360 game. So wait for ubisoft to confirm the release date and the PC. For me i'll definitely will buy this game.

Gamer zone? Let's see how long this will work. Regardless, I don't see much point in getting this title anymore, I'll probably get it in the late Summer season to bridge the gap between Killzone and HOME, assuming both titles are still on track

and make sure they make that. I am fairly tired of this delaying bs. I don't know why they set the date and then keep moving it. I would rather they not set a firm date until they are certain that everything is done.

While it has always been said that HAZE was a PS3 exclusive I had always figured that a PC version wouldn't be too far behind.

That technically doesn't revoke its status as a console exclusive, but thats all semantics and whatnot. If you do a search for HAZE on EBgames and Gamestop you'll see both a PS3 and a PC version of the game. However, it is ALSO possible that all of these systems that have a PC version of the game in the system are remnants of the old game status before the FDR dropped production on the other versions of the game other than the PS3.

Not entirely 100% sure about that, but it is always a possibility. I know that May isn't that far off, but I still don't regret canceling my pre-order a few weeks back. There are too many other games I can use the money on between now and then, but that doesn't mean I won't pick the game up.

infamous, and socom are release in that time frame, and will we really care at that point the month before all the way till MGS4 in June will be dominated by GTA4 which has a release date of april 29... end of the the month.. who will even care about Haze... certainly not me... had they done it well and got it out in march perhaps i would turn the block of my eye...

Originally, it was just another FPS. Then I started to pay attention to KZ2. My interest dropped. Then there wasn't much on KZ2 so I got interested, then BAM! Resistance 2. Then it was over. If it had a Feb release date, I might get excited, but its fading. And I think it is for a lot of people too. I just have to wait and see more footage before my interest goes up again.

Well, I don't know if this is real, sales site isn't eactly the best source for release dates, but if it can't be done in march or at max in real early april, they'll have to wait to May indeed. Haze just can't compete with MGS4 and GTAIV on the same month... Those two games are supposed to be what many PS2 owners was waiting (major franchises), and much of the already owners will get then, there will be almost no one looking for Haze in the middle of that.

if it had come out now, or, in March or something, i'd be all over it, but April and May will be "GTA obsession month" and i'll be spending at *LEAST two months playing that, then, in June or so, Metal Gear Solid 4 hits, at which point i'll move on from GTAIV (finished or not), and delving into Snake's adventure.

the rest of the year will be spent on games like Little Big Planet, Infamous, White Knight Story (i may import this), FFXIII (i may import that too), Killzone 2, Resistance 2, and whatever else hits that catches my eye (like Lego Batman!).

Haze would have fit it quite snugly somewhere between December 2007 and March 31st 2008. anytime after that, and it's going to have a hard time competing with the action/adventure and rpg genres hitting (i prefer those two genres over FPS anyday, and i *LOVE Free Radical, they're a great developer).
