This real-time strategy sequel has some clever mechanics, but bad implementation of everything from the combat to the AI drags the experience down.

Pros: Three varied factions; interesting turn-based world-domination mode.
Cons: Inscrutable combat; frustrating AI; many game features not implemented well.
