Eurogamer: EA quiet on Mercs 2 delay

EA is declining to comment on rumours that Mercenaries 2: World in Flames has slipped into 2008. Yesterday, reports claimed that Pandemic's open-world action game would miss its expected launch this holiday season. EA has told us this is unconfirmed, but won't reveal whether the title will be out in time for Christmas.

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is in development for PS3, 360, PS2 and PC. It will let you run riot around Venezuela and blow all sorts of things up, all in the pursuit of money.
