The "International" Collector's Edition of BioShock will be available in Australia and New Zealand as well as most European countries including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. (The regular edition should be available in all European countries.)
The International Collector's Edition contains the game in a limited edition embossed steel case, a "Making Of BioShock" DVD, a Soundtrack CD, and a hand-finished resin Big Daddy figurine. The collector's contents in the International version should be close to those included in the North American version, but that is not yet confirmed.
