City of Heroes Account Reactivation and Double Experience Weekend

To celebrate the release of Issue 16: Power Spectrum to NCsoft's MMORPG City of Heroes, the publisher has announced a weekend event where it will be reactivating all accounts and all heroes and villains will be netting themselves double experience, with influence/infamy doubled as well.
